Missing Loops in Logic (1st day with Logic Question)

Logic Pro 9.1.6

Recently installed and I got a book that goes through Logic, lessons-style.

It has me go to Loops -> All Drums. But "All Drums" , along with almost everything on the two right columns of loops, is grey'd out. What do i need to do to make that not be grey'd out?

I have downloaded and installed the Essential Content and the Additional Content.
